How to change a payment method if a serve is in progress

Making sure that the correct payment method is assigned to your account can be worrisome on some websites. At Proof, we want this to be a seamless experience.

To make sure your serve experience is as seamless and stress-free as possible, we kindly suggest updating your payment method as the need arises. It's a quick and easy process; just follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to www.proofserve.com.

2. Click on the "Billing" option on the left navigation bar.

3. Select the "Payment Methods" tab on the right.

4. Finally, click on the "Add Payment Method" button on the right.

Please note that the payment method cannot be changed after a service has been created or is currently in progress.

However, if by any chance the incorrect card was charged, we are more than happy to issue a refund and charge the correct card for you.
