Changing Payment Method to Job in Progress

How to change a payment method if a serve is in progress

To make sure your serve experience is as seamless and stress-free as possible, we kindly suggest updating your payment method as the need arises. It's a quick and easy process; just follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to www.proofserve.com.

2. Click on the "Billing" option on the left navigation bar.

3. Select the "Payment Methods" tab on the right.

4. Finally, click on the "Add Payment Method" button on the right.

Please note that the payment method cannot be changed after a service has been created or is currently in progress. We can review it further once the invoice has been generated. We can only assess payment methods that are currently on the account. Please take a look at the steps to add a payment method if a new card is needed.

If, by any chance, the incorrect card was charged, we are more than happy to review this charge further. Please email ar@proofserve.com with the invoice for further assistance.
