The following are helpful guidelines for linking jobs intended for the same address with multiple servees so that they can be assigned to a single process server, a singular job chat to communicate, and ensure a simultaneous serve of all intended parties.

After uploading all necessary documents to be served, here is how to create a job for multiple servees at the same address.

Step 1: Adding Additional Servees βž•

  • On page two of the job creation, you must click "Add Servee."

  • A pop-up box will be displayed, providing a designated field for inputting the servee's name. Repeat until you have entered all parties needing to be served.

  • Once all servees going to the same address have been added, click "Next."

Step 2: Linking The Jobs πŸ”—

On page three, you will be able to enter the address manually and link the jobs.

In cases where one of the servees being served is an entity, please click below to access the steps for selecting the "Servee Type."

  • After the desired address is entered on "Servee #1," you may proceed to the next servee.

  • For the next servee, you must click the box that says "Use Previously Entered Address" and then click the dropdown for the address box.

  • Select the address that was entered for "Servee #1."

  • As shown above, select the appropriate boxes for the documents that require service for each servee. You may disable and enable which documents each servee will need to be served.

  • Repeat this process for any remaining servees listed on this job.

After completing the above steps, the jobs will be seamlessly linked and assigned to the same server upon submission. If a different address is inputted for one of the servees, it will be unlinked and submitted as an independent job.
