When I try to connect Proof to my Clio instance, the page seems to get stuck with the Proof logo spinning but the Proof tab never loads.
Make sure you are logged out of the Proof platform on any other tabs within your browser. Once you have done so, go back to your Clio instance and refresh or re-connect your account.
I am unable to access the Proof tab within Clio from Google Chrome

Both Safari & Firefox have enhanced security settings that prevent the Proof app within Clio from working properly. Messaging has been added to the Connect to Clio page on the Proof tab and a support article was published on our website.
