Managing Serve Requests from Clio

Once a serve request has been created within Clio, users are able to view these jobs in Clio from the Proof tab. In order to view jobs within Clio, users will need to navigate to the associated Matter within Clio and select the Proof tab. Alternatively, if they click the “Open Proof” button, they will be able to see all serve requests from all Clio Matters in one location.

From the Proof tab, all serve requests that have been created in Clio for that Matter will appear in list form as shown below:

To manage an ongoing job, select the serve request from the list view to see the current status, communicate with Proof and your assigned Process Server through the chat window, add an additional address, or flag a job all without leaving Clio.

How do I view serve requests from all Matters in one location?

To view all serve requests from all Clio Matters in one location, select the “Open Proof” button from any page within the Proof tab. This will open your profile on the Proof platform and allow you to easily see the status of all jobs.

Can I “Open Proof” to create a job?

Clio users are able to onboard new serve requests both from within Clio and on the Proof platform, however, only jobs created within Clio will be visible within our Clio integration.

All jobs created regardless of method or Clio Matter will be viewable on the Proof platform and can be accessed by selecting the “Open Proof” button located on every page within the Proof tab in Clio.
