How do I create a new job?
Click “New serve request” in the upper right corner
Select Documents saved in the Clio Matter from the drop down or manually upload documents saved on the user’s computer.
Name the uploaded documents once selected/uploaded.
Add Job Details - Client Reference Number (Firm’s billing number), Case Number once known, Job Owner from Law Firm, & Court State.
Select a Payment method for this serve request, which can be entered from this screen or their Clio Settings page. Users can either enter a credit card or choose to have invoices sent for billing.
Enter Servee #1 details either by leveraging information stored in Clio contacts or manually entering address and name information.
Once address is entered, select serve speed & add additional servees if required.
Once all information is entered, select “Submit serve request”
