Proof's Service Coverage

Proof is proud to offer our services in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Our extensive network of over 2,000 vetted and experienced process servers allows us to deliver legal documents to rural, suburban, and urban addresses throughout the United States.

We also serve all U.S. territories—including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Guam—and these can be requested directly through the platform just like any other domestic serve. No special quotes or emails are required.

Our goal at Proof is to make the process of serving legal documents as efficient and effective as possible. With our nationwide coverage, we’re able to serve documents in a timely manner, no matter where they need to be delivered.

International Service

In addition to our nationwide coverage, Proof also facilitates international service in accordance with the Hague Service Convention. This treaty provides a standardized process for serving legal documents between member countries, ensuring compliance and recognition abroad.

Please note:

  • We're only able to accommodate Summons and Complaints for international serves.

  • Because Hague procedures involve coordination with foreign authorities, service times can vary and may take 6 months or longer.

  • While we work diligently to guide your documents through the process, expedited service is not available under Hague requirements.

If you need to serve legal documents internationally, our team is here to help. Contact us at globalserves@proofserve.com, and we’ll walk you through the steps to ensure your documents are served properly and in full compliance with international standards.

At Proof, we’re committed to handling every serve—domestic and international—with the highest level of accuracy, care, and professionalism.
