What is Proof Autofill?
Proof Autofill is an assistive automation that scans your documents to identify servees, addresses, and case details, then maps them directly to your Proof job form.

How It Works
Using Autofill is a simple three-step process integrated directly into your existing workflow:
Upload your documents: Upload documents directly from your case management system or by adding files locally. Then click Run Autofill to to begin the extraction.
Review Details: A window will appear that displays the servees and addresses extracted from the documents. Autofill matches servee names against your CMS Contacts. If a match is found, it defaults to the address on file. You’ll see clearly labeled sources (e.g., "On File" or "Autofill") so you can choose the most accurate location.
Confirm and Submit: Once you click "Confirm," the job creation form is automatically populated with the servee info along with document names, court state, and case number.

Is Autofill required?
No. You can always skip Autofill and enter data manually if you prefer.What if Autofill does not capture a servee name or address?
You can manually add or edit any servee name or address directly within the Autofill pop-up. If you don't see a name you expect, you can also add new servees manually or directly from your contracts.Does Autofill update my CMS contacts?
No. To protect your data integrity, Autofill pulls from your CMS but does not write or overwrite data back into your CMS contact cards.What does Autofill cost?
