Out-of-State Motion & Order Requests

Please note that Proof does not draft Motion & Orders for out-of-state service as part of our standard operations. The only standing exception is for court documents originating from Gwinnett Superior Court, where Motion & Orders may be requested and processed.

In rare cases, Proof may make exceptions when a client provides documentation in advance proving that a Motion & Order is legally required. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, as additional time and resources are needed to accommodate them.

⚖️ Important: Clients remain responsible for filing the Motion & Order with the court and for returning the signed order to Proof before service can proceed.
