The Serves table can be accessed by clicking on Serves in the left-hand sidebar on the Proof platform. The Serves table provides serve-level visibility and simplified tracking. It provides a single, persistent serve record that consolidates all activity, outcomes, and updates for each service, which improves transparency and reduces confusion across all services.

You can filter these serves or organize them based on specific criteria that are most important to you. If you simply wish to find a particular serve to track its progress, you can enter the Serve ID into the search field.

If you want to only see your serves and not serves created by other members of the firm, toggle the My Serves Only switch. The Serves Table will remove any serves that originated from other members of the firm, making it easier to keep track of the serves only you created.

Each column of the Serves table is set up to allow you to filter based on Servee Name, Plaintiff Name, Service Address, Billing Number, Health, Service Outcome, or Status. This can help filter out serves that do not match the specific criteria, and the table will only show the serves you'd like to review further.

The columns can also be reordered based on your personal preference.
