I can't log in to the Proof Platform

For current users, there may be issues for some users on Comcast or Spectrum networks

Written by Scott

We’re aware that some users are having trouble logging in to Proof while connected to WiFi, especially on Xfinity/Comcast and Spectrum networks.

In some cases, your internet provider’s security settings may incorrectly block Proof’s login page. We’re working to address the issue.

Need access right away?

The fastest workaround is to:

Turn off WiFi and use your cellular connection or a mobile hotspot, then try logging in again.

If you use Xfinity/Comcast
Xfinity’s Advanced Security feature may be blocking Proof.

  1. Open the Xfinity app.

  2. Go to WiFi/Home → Advanced Security.

  3. Look for a security event related to:

  1. If available, select Allow Access.

  2. Try logging in to Proof again.

If you use Spectrum
Spectrum’s Security Shield may be blocking Proof.

  1. Open the My Spectrum app.

  2. Go to your Internet or WiFi settings.

  3. Find Security Shield.

  4. Temporarily turn it off.

  5. Try logging in to Proof again.

We recommend turning Security Shield back on after testing.

What if the issue continues after these steps?

If the issue continues, you can report sso.proofserve.com and app.proofserve.com to your internet provider as legitimate sites that are being incorrectly blocked.
For immediate access, continue using a cellular connection or mobile hotspot.
